We stayed at a hotel in a new area with great potential, but currently, the future prospect is the only advantage. Restaurants nearby may cater for locals only. the airport is not very close and the town center is a bit far if you want to go walking; but taxis are available. the room was average, but the bathroom was clean and spacious. Service was average at best, but breakfast was good with an extensive spread. No view, but the amenities were decent.

The elevator had long waiting times and often stopped at multiple floors, which was frustrating.

Staying here felt luxurious from start to finish. the exclusive amenities and personalized service made me feel like royalty. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, and I left feeling refreshed. the seasonal outdoor pool was also fantastic, with great views of the city. the room had exclusive advantages like a comfortable king-size bed and a private balcony, and it was immaculately clean. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, with a tasty breakfast that exceeded my expectations.

The only minor issue I encountered was a slight language barrier when communicating with some of the associates. they made an effort to overcome it and were always friendly and accommodating.

Abundant helpful staff, English-speaking, warm welcome, refreshing amenities, attentive service, satisfactory room service.

Celebrated New Year at a hotel which had breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the starry night sky. Rooms were cozy and had basic amenities. The breakfast spread was extensive and had something for everyone.

The staff lacked training and were not hospitable. There were communication errors, and staff members struggled to understand English or offer help.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the variety of pillow options. the breakfast had a decent selection, but could be improved with more Western options. We enjoyed the Singapore meals promotion with great food and wine, and also found some nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The check-in process was slow and cumbersome and it would have been nice to have more English TV channels available. we were disappointed with the expensive drinks at the bar.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with cold towels and a drink upon our arrival. We appreciated the extensive breakfast spread which had many options including Chinese and European dishes, fruits, and an approximation of an English breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the town centre, making transportation easy.
